It’s been a lot of getting things sorted, moving into life in Sweden. But we took an amazing week out to have a family reunion in Småland; the weather terrific, the scenery glorious.
A city that I’ve always wanted to visit, Chicago, took me into its loving art embrace. Loved Millennium Park; the theatre scene and The Art Institute of Chicago where I got to see some classic pieces including “Nighthawks” by Edward Hopper.
What a great pair of weeks—London and then Milan—to end Esquire on. So many great shows, terrific new initiatives like the Armani/Silos and Fondazione Prada to explore and of course saying goodbye to industry friends. Next stop Sweden!
After a week in London at the SS16 menswear shows, it was time to relax. I found a piece of heaven in the Liguria called Camogli. The weather is nice, the sea is perfect. Must I go on to work in Milan this Friday? Prego no!
